As we know that we are living in the world of globalization. English is the common language and is spoken in many countries. It is considered as universal language. Nepal is competing with other countries in terms of education and many other things. English is one of the most used languages and is spoken all over the world. In today's modern world without having the knowledge of English one will not be able to go progress very far. It is used in all fields. It is used in computers. If one has to be good in computer then one equally has to be good in English. Another important fact is that all the great books of the world are written in English. If one has to read those books then one has to know how to speak in English. It is widely spoken in all part of the world. If is also used in tourism industry. It is used in other offices where the mode of communication is English. English is the language that one has to know. It is the only language who works as Lingua-France throughout the world. If we know how to speak English we can speak broken language also. It is taught as the second or foreign language in some part of the world. It is a compulsory subject in all country. Most of the tourists visit in Nepal and all of them are from English speaking country, if one does not know how to speak in English, will be in great trouble. So, English language is very important. It is also used at higher institution.
